SANDL's Web Design Service Details

Cost
Though you can expect to pay $80 for each page of a site, SANDL's Web Design reserves the right to charge more for a page(s) should the page(s) become excessively complex. This type of information will be communicated to you prior to finalizing any design contract.

Creation
SANDL's Web Design will collaborate with you on a level from working with you on every detail of the design, through our putting the whole package together and delivering it "turn-key" (all done and ready for use). The choice is yours.

Options
A web site can include:

graphics (basic or customer supplied) - including buttons
contact page
error page
search page
redirections
web site icon
counter (when host is capable)

Ownership
SANDL's Web Design will either turn ownership of the web site over to you when the site is complete, or maintain the site for you. Should you take control of the site, you are free to do with it what you wish. However, should the site become unusable for any reason due to your error, you will be charged the regular rate to make any adjustments. If you choose to have SANDL's maintain the site for you, you will not be given any direct access to any site files (other than what can be accessed through a browser). At any time, arrangements can be made for you to take over ownership of the site.

Hosting
SANDL's Web Design does not host web sites. We can, however, make arrangements for finding an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that will host (store the web site files on a server) for you. Additionally, SANDL's can retain the registration duties on your behalf. Should you choose this option, there are two fees to be aware of. The first is the annual registration fee for a site (approximately $25) and a monthly hosting fee. Depending on the provider, this could range from about $10 to $40 (or more) per month. These fees are billed on an annual basis. You will be given ample opportunity to renew the agreement each year. These fees are charged by third party providers and not controlled by SANDL's.
